It’s been 25 years since Toni Braxton won her first American Music Award and performed at the ceremony for the first time. What better way to celebrate her iconic career than to return to the AMA stage?
The seven-time AMA winning singer has joined the awards’ star-studded performance lineup, and she’ll be delivering her nostalgia-worthy chart-topping hits “Breathe Again” and “Unbreak My Heart.” The show will mark her first AMA performance since 2001.
Braxton joins previously announced performers Christina Aguilera and A Great Big World, Camila Cabello, Billie Eilish, Selena Gomez, Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Shania Twain and many more. Taylor Swift is also set to receive the Artist of the Decade Award.
The 2019 American Music Awards, hosted by Ciara, will broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 24 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
